Did you really have the line
$rlmain::smtp{smtp} = 'SMTPHOST';
in rlconfig.pm before the upgrade? In that case, it appears as if your
hosting provider has changed the server configuration. You'd better
contact them about it.
Optionally you can comment out the above line, and let Ringlink try to
send emails via sendmail instead.
