I took a brief glance for changes to the new rlcongig.pm, didn't notice the
new section, and concluded it had not been revised because the version info
at the top was the same. You may want to consider updating that?
I love the new spam feature.

Yes you can. You may prefer to keep your copy of rlconfig.pm, though. If
you do, please note that there is a new variable in rlconfig.pm of
version 3.3.

Yes they will. No changes have been made to the templates since version
3.05.
