Error when compiling langage file & cgi errors with latest code under Server 2003

Hi,

I'm a newbie regarding ringlink 3.2 and managed to get it to work under Windows 2003 Server and ActivePerl 5.8.8.816 (in the future I plan to run the ring at a domain provider with Unix, but want to test first)

I ran into some problems setting up v3.2 and currently have a new issue after I updated all my files to the latest version (a. "anti spam feature" and b. "Prevent spiders etc. from affecting the ring stats" )

1) Problem compiling language file via browser under 2003 or XP

I had trouble compiling the language files via the various browsers and got errors:
------------------[start]----------------------------------
Cannot create database c:/inetpub/wwwroot/cgi-bin/ringlink/lang/mo/de
Cannot create database c:/inetpub/wwwroot/cgi-bin/ringlink/lang/mo/en
Cannot create database c:/inetpub/wwwroot/cgi-bin/ringlink/lang/mo/es
Cannot create database c:/inetpub/wwwroot/cgi-bin/ringlink/lang/mo/fr
[...]
------------------[end]-------------------------------------
Fix:
Entering "perl langinstall.pl" in C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\cgi-bin\ringlink compiled the files.

2) Current problem with latest code (updated via http://gunnar.cc/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi/program/cgi-bin/ringlink/?cvsroot=ringlink;sortby=date#dirlist)

a. I start admin.pl
b. Enter my master password
c. Click on [Reset Stats]
d. Get error: "CGI Error The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers."

This issued no error with the original 3.2 version. Since I updated the files, the error is there.

The same also happens when I start ringadmin:
a. Start ringadmin.pl
b. Select ring, enter password, [log in]
c. [check sites], leave default settings, [check now]
d. An extra window opens, get error: "CGI Error The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers."
