This happens when I add a New Ring or Site and when I activate a New
Ring or Site.
Everything worked fine up to about a week ago.
Then your web host has changed the configuration of the mail server.
Maybe you now need to explicitly state the name of it (ask your web
host). Or maybe you want to try the command line option.
Please study the comments under "SMTP-server" and "Path to sendmail" in
rlconfig.pm.
