I haven't changed anything. I have been notified of all of the sites
being submitted. all of these sites are different and have different
email address's listed.
I have tried to add a site without a site id and cannot using the program
on my server. I do not have the access logs running, but I will trun them
on if that will help find out who's adding the additions.
If you would to check out the additions, let me know what you need and
I'll allow you access to what ever you need.

The only way I can think of to remove the entrys, is to edit the
sites.db
file and delete the reference to the information.
Yes, if the site directories aren't there, that's the only way I can
think of, too.
But if you don't know exactly what happened, I'd be interested in making
an attempt to figure it out. Please write me privately, if you want me
to take a look at your data.
