Okay. From that we know that it's something that your hosting provider did.
I get the following message when trying to use any link including the ring
management links:
Cannot open language file /***/***/***/cgi-bin/ringlink/lang/mo/sv at
../***/lib/Locale/PGetText.pm line 109.

I checked my language files in the mo directory and they're not entirely
readable, lots of binary characters, not sure if that is normal.
That is normal.
