I Can Get To Admin, But Links Do Not Work

I operate a Ringlink webring.

Recently I moved web hosts.

It seemed to be working (I can get to my admin panel)

or
http://RingDeli.com/admin.pl

(RingDeli.com redirects to www.JamesSHuggins.com/cgi-bin/ringlink )


I can, for example, edit site info no problem


BUT, go here to one of my members
http://www.ruhshell.com//webrings/webguard.html

ALL of the links fail.


Looking for suggestions.
