Just curious why Richard enters mail or smtp "a:mail.spamcop.net
a:smtp.everyone.net include:smtp.sbcglobal.yahoo.com" and you just enter
the domain "a:webringworld.org"? Is this just the same thing?

Those are the domains which I use to send email from my domains.
