Guess so, i.e. unless some moron out there bounces also on "neutral" (but then they would violate the applicable proposed standard). However, even if you use the question mark, I think you'd better *try* to identify all the sending servers.


I believe there are two important reasons to bother with SPF records:

1) You give a small contribution to the 'right side' in the war against spammers and other contemptible abusers, to the benefit of the vast majority of serious netizens.

2) You reduce the risk that your domain gets hijacked and used by spammers in forged sender addresses.

As regards 2), the domain becomes obviously less attractive to spammers if you go for '-all' compared to '?all'.

To enter this in the zone for webring.cc, how where and who does this other than ZoneEdit?

It's a simple addition to the nameserver serving webring.cc. In you case you can simply ask your hosting provider, since the gunnar.cc server is hosting the nameserver with the master zone. ;-)
