Fortunatly I have not yet had that problem with my current web host's
sales department, the tech department is also prompt and reliable, and I
must admit they also provide a very nice free webring program! ;-)
James mentioned eNom, does he offer a domain regisration service? I know Chuck (HostingByUs) uses eNom for his service (just download a perl or php program to set it up or use registry rocket)....
