Is there any mailserver software out there that supports SPF? Or do

If it works, I'd like to set up a mailserver on my home network,
point my MX record to it, and administer it locally if it will
effectively get rid of SPAM.
I don't think you will significantly reduce spam with you as the
recipient by enabling SPF - They will just use other sender addresses.
But if you (like me) have a problem with spammers who use your domain in
forged sender addresses, then SPF will probably make a difference.
