When deleting it, both the site owner and the ringmaster are notified.
When it is submitted as a new site, the site owner is notified but the
ringmaster is not.
Any ideas as to what might cause this?
i just tried your experiment and both the site owner and ringmaster were
emailed, no problems.
this worked both when submitting a new site and removing a site.
