How about:

Path to the directory 'sitecount' (directory with files containing the number of member sites within a ring),  which you have created within your website, and not the cgi-bin. Specify the FULL website pathname to this new directory, a path which can often be found by visiting your web host's web site. Do NOT use the $ENV{DOCUMENT_ROOT} variable.
