You need to follow the comments in the new version of rlconfig.pm and change it. The reason is explained in the "$ENV{DOCUMENT_ROOT} alert" message at the Ringlink Homepage.

Pay no attention as you know by now it is all fixed and working fine. Added a new ring without any problems once I got the path fixed.
