Upper Case Site ID

Gunnar,

    I want to modify my sign up module to take the site ID given on the new
site page to all upper case.

    I'm poking around in the code in the rlmain.pm module.  It seems to have
much of the code to do it.  But, so far, no luck.

    Any ideas?
