There are a number of methods.

One method is to simply edit the files in the /templates directory in order to customize the Ringlink output to your liking.

Another method is to make use of frames, and display the Ringlink output in either a 'usual' frame or an inline frame.

Ringlink is also prepared to display output on e.g. a PHP page. Ringlink Demo is an example of that method: http://www.ringlink.org/cgi-bin/demo/main.pl

The Ringlink distribution includes two files (example.php and example.css) which include some comments on this method.

It should be noted that when you direct the Ringlink output to an external program, such as a PHP script, the list of sites is not affected by default. The reason is that the program allows the ringmaster to customize the list page, and that feature would be disabled if you used this method to direct the list page to an external program.
