Dear Ringlink Users,
     By default, Outlook Express is set to disable all attachments. In this setting, it considers all attachments unsafe regardless of whether or not they are safe.
     The user must disable this option in order to receive any attachments.
Go to: "tools/options/security/" and uncheck "Do not allow attachments to be saved that could potentially be a virus."
     As far as I'm concerned, this is a useless option for the intelligent user who has current virus protection. Unfortunately, since so many people are ignorant or careless, this feature may be necessary for the novice user.
