The 'Notes' feature I have in mind would aim to help the ringmasters
to keep track of various things. Accordingly it would be part of "Ring
admin", and not publicly available.
Stats just determine the popularity of a site, or does the fact
that allot of people visit a site determine quality?
No, but it is an indication.
