I checked your site link listed below for the submission page.
May I make a suggestion ? Why not make the COPPA Page load into a new window ?
The COPPA page took a long time to load for me and then I had to use the "back
key" to get back to the submission page, so I could make my entry into your
ring.
There's no link on the COPPA page for the submission page, ( but I understand
that too. I wouldn't want that eather.)
That's only my observation, thanks.
The COPPPA Page is great, thanks for the Insight into the problems we need to
think about and protect ourselves from.

I think I've found an acceptable approach.
1: I've added my Coppa Child Privacy graphic with a link to my Coppa
Disclosure page at the bottom of the left column of the Ringlink pages,
right below the Ringlink graphic.

2: I've modified my "application email" to request that applicants tell
me they are more than 12 years old when they tell me that they've place
the code on their site.
3: I've documented this in my COPPA disclosure page

It required the minimum changes to the page and is "adequate" for what
I'm trying to do.
