I was able to successfully create a test ring at your site, so the chmod
777 of the data directory actually made a difference.
Now this is really strange, since I STILL can't do it. And I've tried
from both Netscape and IE.
Your provider has probably changed the server configuration, so that CGI
scripts now are running as somebody else than was the case before the
change. There are various ways to deal with it, but the easiest of them
requires a later Ringlink version than the one you are currently using.
In other words, I recommend that you upgrade, and then I'll let you know
the best way to fix the permission problem.
