I suggest that you follow that advise. Let us know whether that made it.
I changed the data directory (only) to 777. No difference.
I just received the following message from a webmaster wanting to join.
I can't figure out why it's not working. It was last I knew. I haven't
changed any settings, though I can't be sure my hosting service hasn't.
