If I delete the site quickly only the delete site email is recieved.
If I wait a few minutes, both emails are recieved by the ringmaster.
In both situations, the site email address get the site info email.

( This may something to do with my server, too, I don't know, but
I'm checking into that with my server's support. I'll advise you
what I find out.

Thanks, I'd appreciate that. It does sound weird to me.

___> well I got an answer about the email situation. I was advised they have
an email checking sytem, that delays sending emails to multiple address's,
this system helps to eleminate the posibility of spammers using a back door to
spam through your site's system. I'm not totally sure what that means, but I
think it limits the number of emails that can be sent at one . If a large
number of emails are sent out, only few makes it, before the system stops the
resttime and notifys them about the activity. It's my servers attemt to stop
spamming through their system.

I agree that the program should stay the way it is. The ringmaster
will have to do something different ( like I am ) to get around this
type of situation. As I said before, My situation is special because
of the type of ring I operate, one that is youth orientated.

Note that Jeff is interested in the two-step joining process, too, but
for other reasons. Other ringmasters may be as well.

---> I would be willing to share what I've done with the other ringmasters,
especially if this will help them to eleminate future problems, like I'm
having.
