How to add more fields?

Hello Everyone,
I wish to add a field in each ring and site.
For each ring I wish to add a field of keywords that
will be used in META Keywords information on each
generated page of that Ring.
While for each site in the ring, i wish to add two
fields, number of votes and rating.
