2.37

I'm attempting to upgrade to 2.37
I've done all the steps
the Langinstall isn't running
(interesting because I think I had problems with this before but I can't
recall)

I've got some other things to check so I'm not screaming for help yet

But if anyone has anything "typical" that might cause a langinstall to
fail, let me know.
