Hi Todd,

This is a long shot, but I'd start trying:

1) Change the setting of $rlmain::DBM_File in rlconfig.pm to

   $rlmain::DBM_File = 'SDBM_File';

2) Run langinstall.pl

Let us know if that makes a difference.
