Search engine spidering of webring member links

My webring member page,http://hotstuffe.com/webring/cgi-bin/ringlink/list.pl?ringid=hotstuffe, is indexed by Google as having links to my site at http://hotstuffe.com. The page has actual links to http://hotstuffe.com in it. The member links are like http://hotstuffe.com/webring/cgi-bin/ringlink/goto.pl?ringid=hotstuffe;siteid=MemberSiteID. Will search engine spiders follow these links and record a referring link for their site as well?
