There is a new Yahoo Group named WebringDIrectory

You can see it here

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/webringdirectory/

It is running a poll asking which is your favorite Webring System

If you'd like to promote Ringlink, you might consider joining, at least long
enough to vote.

Thanks for the tip, James.

Even if I don't want to discourage anybody from saying "I like Ringlink best" ( it's always nice when people do ;-) ), I think that the poll at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/webringdirectory/message/20 compares apples and oranges. Best for what? Ringlink is a program and open source project, while the other "organizations" are ring hosting services. IMO, to be meaningful, the wording of a poll needs to be considered more carefully.

Personally I don't find it worthwhile to join. I'm not even a Yahoo member any longer, and the result of the poll is only available to the 8 members of that group.
