Situation:
We moved our domain back to a Linux server this weekend - which we think
will allow us to send ring generated emails again, since we never were
able to figure out the sendmail problem. We tested it all on the new
server, and it worked, but then we had to move everything to a new
directory and things didn't work because of a script error. But I
figured this would be a good time to upgrade anyway - so I downloaded
all the files from the data directory to my server - then installed the
newest version of Ringlink - and uploaded all the data files into the
data directory where they were before. I can navigate the ring HOWEVER:
Problem #1
When I try to access ring admin - I get this error:
Execution of (/home/sites/site2/web/cgi-bin/admin.pl) is not permitted
for the following reason:
Script file not found.
I think I changed something in the script this morning that caused this
error - cause I was able to access ring admin before.
Problem #2
When I try to add a site, I get this error message:
Can't create 'wosib
/sites.db'
No such file or directory at lib/site.pm line 246.
There is a file wosib/sites.db I made sure that the file was there and
had adequate permissions.
All the permissions on the directories have been set as stated in the
installation instructions.
Can anyone help?
