Yes, you can edit the subroutine 'mainhtml' in rlmain.pm.

If you want to add a link to the image on the list page, there is no need to modify rlmain.pm. The simpliest way is to surround the $rlmain::ringlogo variable in mainhtml with <a...></a> tags, like this:

   <a href="...">$rlmain::ringlogo</a>
