I don't know the reason for it, but I received a message from a subscriber to this list who expressed their dissatisfaction. If I understand it correctly, your principal purpose for setting up Ringlink is to improve the ratings with the search engines. I agree that the links to a webring homepage can improve the rating of the homepage, but I doubt that webring creation is an efficient method to achieve that goal. Maybe it would be useful for you to study http://ringworld.sourceforge.net/, which is a site that explains the idea with webrings, and whose 'Resources' page provides links to a few webring FAQ sites. ac3a wrote: I think that I got the script set up correctly. We are happy to help with installation problems and answers to specific questions, but it's up to you to "make sure that it's right". The FAQ, the other documentation, and the demo ring at the Ringlink site can be useful when doing so. Will your script automatically add the list of Ringmasters added to my index page?
