Web site reconstructed

Our new PostNuke supported site is ready for use. It has a new layout, and is hopefully better structured and with that easier to navigate.

The site now includes a new channel for information and discussion.
Besides posting messages to this list, anybody can register as a member and submit articles and post comments that will be displayed at the site. In other words, the members will have a significant influence on the coming content. These are examples of what we hope to see:

* Reviews of the Program - positive or critical
* Suggestions for improvements
* Tips about setting up a Ringlink system or webring
* Reviews of Ringlink systems or webrings
* Announcements of new systems or webrings

The possibility to submit reviews of systems and webrings makes the
previous "featured system/webrings" section redundant, so it's not
included at the new site.

We hope that the new feature will enliven the Ringlink site, and make it
a more interesting place to visit.

Maybe I should mention that the reconstruction isn't finished yet. We intend to revise the program docs/manual, and I have undertaken to initiate the revision. I'll do it as soon as I find the time and inspiration. ;-) Till then, the FAQ will keep its old format.
