I have made a couple of further changes in Ringlink (not released yet,
though ;-). One thing is that I made use of the dynamic CSS2
pseudo-class :hover in order to make a left pane button on an admin
page display a different colour when the cursor hovers it.
It seems to work only with Netscape 7.0 (and probably 6.x), though.
When I tried it in MSIE, it worked with the a element (a:hover), but
not with input or other elements. You can check it out by visiting
Ringlink Demo (http://www.ringlink.org/cgi-bin/demo/ringadmin.pl,
ringid: demo, password: demo).
Please let me know if I am missing something! If I'm not, it's a pity,
because I kind of like that effect.
It works fine in MSIE for OSX and in Mozilla for OSX. But it doesn't
work in Omniweb which is Netscape 4.7 compatible, ie doesn't do hover.
Mozilla looks the most like MSIE for Windows. I use that effect in my
website and rather like itl Thou I would like to update the css.
