I am writing today to ask whether any of you would
be interested in being a Ringlink Developer with a role in Support Request
Management...
Your duty would be answering support requests as
they are assigned to you. Sometimes this means installing the program for
the person...but only if you want to and you both feel comfortable with
it.
Currently the number of requests is small...around
5 a month (divide by 3 or more of us). But we anticipate this number to
rise after the new release and especially after the translation feature takes
effect.
