I failed to find the GNU translate C library. I downloaded
glibc-2.2.3.tar.gz from ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/glibc/, a neat little file
of about 15 Mb when compressed... But I didn't find any clues about
translations in it.
However, I agree when you say that "the translation of Ringlink may not
be all that difficult". I will release a test version when it's time, in
order to demonstrate my own ideas about how the language feature could
be designed, and giving the opportunity for other users to give their
input before the design is completed.
