I think that is a good suggestion. Possibly have it enabled through a check box 
somewhere on whether to send the image with the ring tags or not. Make it 
optional (I don't send the image for my ring; everyone links to the image on my 
ring host). The checkbox option should go somewhere in the ring admin.
